Versa 4 stopped tracking my sleep data

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

two mornings ago I stopped seeing the details of my sleep, but everything else is working. I see my heart rate, steps, etc. But it says no data for sleep. I wore my watch to sleep as usual. Nothing has changed. Did anyone else have this problem?

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @Romana3!

To improve sleep tracking with your Versa 4, I'd suggest setting a sleep goal and a sleep schedule. You also might get more reliable results by changing the sleep sensitivity for your device. For detailed information on all that please have a closer look here:

How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?

You also might try if restarting your Charge 5 will get things fixed. Before doing so you should make sure you've synced your device to not lose any data tracked so far. Also you should verify that the charging contacts on your device are clean and the charging pins on it's charging adapter are clean as well and can move flawlessly. In doubt, please have a look here:

How do I clean my Fitbit device?

Next please closely follow these instructions as timing is crucial for this procedure:

1.) Connect your Charge 5 to the charging cable which has to be connected to a reliable power source.
2.) Press the button located on the flat end of the charging cable 3 times within 8 seconds(!), holding each press for about 1 second(!).
3.) Wait around 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on your device's display.

I'd like to point out that it sometimes requires more than one attempt to restart Charge 5. So, before throwing the towel, please give it another try.

I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Yes the sleep mode has always been an issue on my watch. One day it works but then the next it doesn't. It states you must have at least 3 hours sleep in order to have a good graph reading. Originally it would try to print a graph but the last few nights nothing. I am planning to reset the watch to  see if it improves. Also, I never was able to get a OTP from amazon to set up voice assistant.

Thanks for your information. That is what I did last night. Still waiting
to see if any data is coming. I will reset again if not corrected.
