Versa 4 stopped tracking my sleep data

My Versa 4 has worked well ut now won’t give me any sleep scores. It was working fine until this week . What’s this all about? Thanks

Sad to hear that you're having an issue with sleep tracking on your Versa 4.
In order to track your sleep, your device needs to constantly read your heart rate while you're sleeping. This could be impeded if the sensors or the LEDs on the back of your device are obstructed. As a first approach to hopefully get things fixed I'd therefore suggest to try if sleep tracking will be improved after having the back of your device cleaned as described here:
