I noticed today that my phone said 0 steps. My first thought was that it wasn't syncing. But when I looked on my Versa 4, it also said 0 steps. It said I only had 1,500 steps yesterday. So sometime yesterday morning it stopped counting steps. Not the app, the actual device itself. I have tried restarting it multiple times, it still says 0 steps today. It was not syncing with my phone - had the red exclamation point. Since restarting the phone, it now syncs, but the device still has 0 steps. Any ideas?
