Versa 4 stopped tracking my workouts every 8 to 10 minutes

I've had the Versa 4 for a few weeks now and when I use the walk feature it pauses 8 to 10 minutes into my walk. At first I thought it was because my sleeve paused it, but it happens every single time. Any thoughts as to what I need to do so it doesn't pause during my walks? Thanks!
