Versa 4 stopped turning on.Have tried everything recommende.

My Versa4 started playing up in January. It kept restarting, then it would buzz, vibrate, big red x and now it it just a black screen.

I can't get it t respond. I did all the things suggested ie 10 secs button hold, charge etc. But nothing has made it come alive again.previos to that my phone kept asking me to change the log in and would let me log in. Help I really miss my fit bit. Thanks

Ok you're talking about 2 separate issues.  Your login information has no relation to what's happening with the Versa 4.

That said, that's odd behavior for a Versa 4, is it still under warranty?  If it is, I would see if the retailer would honor an exchange.
