My versa 4 stopped vibrating when receiving a text

Hi there, @sydnietk12. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is not vibrating when a notification comes in. I understand your concern, we're here to help you! 

I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and they've already assisted you. If the steps that our team has provided did not work, please feel free to contact them back for further assistance. Since you already have a ticket open with them it'd be easier to continue the follow up on this matter with them directly. 

Nevertheless, please make sure your Versa 4 isn't in Do Not Disturb Mode. To do so, swipe down from the top of the device and make sure the icon in the upper left hand corner is greyed out (it looks like a circle with a line in it).

I don’t see a do not disturb mode, only a ‘sleep mode’, which is currently off.
