Versa 4 stopped working after factory resetting my phone

I had to factory reset my cell phone. And now my versa . Watch will not work right, the heart rate, stays steady at one number, and it does not so my steps. I have synced, it several times, I have disconnected it app from my phone. I don't know what else to do, I need help, or do I need to use my old versa watch?

I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 has stopped syncing after factory resetting your phone. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

If you're still having this issue, please try the following: 

  • Make sure that your Fitbit app is updated
  • Log out of your Fitbit app
  • Force quit the app
  • Log back into your Fitbit app
  • Try syncing your Versa 4 and check if your data is updating

If the issue is not yet solved after trying the above, would you mind letting me know which other data is not syncing besides your heart ate and steps?
