Hi @jameskjoseph ! Welcome back to our forums!
Thank you for your message ! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 stopped working.
In order to help you, could you please give more details about the issues you experienced with your Versa 4?
When you charge it, do you feel a vibration or do you see the Fitbit logo appear?
Do you see the green lights on the back?

Hi @jameskjoseph ! Welcome back ! Thank you for your efforts and also for the additional information provided !
In this particular situation, due to the symptoms that you have indicated, please try the following steps :
Please on the phone, go to Settings > Bluetooth and remove all connections that exist with the watch. (Forget, ignore or unpair device depending on the phone's operating system version).
Turn off the Bluetooth and restart your phone. (switch off and on again).
Then, do a factory reset of your watch :
Press and hold the Versa 4's button for about 8 seconds until the screen turns off and vibrates.
When you feel the vibration, release the button and immediately press and hold the button again.
Wait for the Fitbit logo to appear. Once the logo disappears, release the button, then press and hold the button again.
When you feel the vibration, release the button, then wait for the watch to complete the factory reset.
After that, and when the phone is back on, turn the Bluetooth on again, but DO NOT attempt to connect to the watch from here.
Go on the app. From here, try setting up the watch as a new device. How do I set up my Fitbit device?
I hope this helps !
