Versa 4 stopped working

This morning my Fitbit Versa 4 put itself back into reset mode despite all the information still being there on my phone. Watch is saying Activation date: 13 Nov 2022 it definitely has been activated before. What can I do to get it up and running again? Don't want to lose my trial Premium setting etc.
