Versa 4 stopped working

Versa 4 won't work. I've tried everything.  2.5 years old. 2nd Fitbit purchase, 2nd time the Fitbit has died. I've tried everything. Needless to say, I won't ever buy a Fitbit again.

Good afternoon. The Versa 4 will not charge. The watch worked up until 4
days ago. 1. I checked the p;f charger. Purchased a new charger. Rebooted
the watch by holding the button for 20 -30 seconds.The fitbit logo will
display briefly when I put the watch on its charger. Following, there's a
black screen. I left the watch on the charger overnight and still nothing.
