Versa 4 stopped working

My versa 4 is less than 6 months old. It stopped working yesterday. Tried rebooting, working the app, and reading posts.  This is ridiculous. Anyone have similar situation?

To better assist you, would you mind giving me more details of the issue? Is your Versa 4 not syncing? Not charging? 

In the meantime, please make sure that your Fitbit device is updated
