Versa 4 stopped working

My versa 4 has gone into sleep mode and I cant work out how to change. Tried switching phone off and on.  When put phone on charge it shows screen but time all wrong etc. When not on charge, Im getting a blank screen or blue diamonds. Is this a glich?

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding this difficulty with your Versa 4. 

I'd suggest you perform the following troubleshooting steps:

Make sure your device is syncing. If so, after the device syncs, change your clock face

Try to sync in the Fitbit app by tapping the upper left corner icon > Versa 4 > Sync Now.
If Sync Now doesn’t work, tap the upper left corner icon > Versa 4 > Tile to see if the firmware banner appears.
