Versa 4 stops my biking exercise after 20 minutes

Versa 4 discontinues recording bike exercise after 20 minutes. How do I set it to continue recording the exercise until I shut it down.

Hi there, @Sadiesue100. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided, it's sad to hear that your Versa 4 is stopping your bike exercise after 20 minutes. I'll do my best to help you with this. 

To better assist you, may I know how you are tracking your bike exercise? Are you manually starting it from your Versa 4 or do you use SmartTrack? Have you tried any other exercise to see if the same thing happens? 

While I wait for your response, I suggest restarting your Versa 4 and trying another exercise bike to see if the issue persists after the restart.

Thanks for your response to my question. I manually start tracking the exercise from the Versa 4. Biking is one of the 3 exercises that is on my "start exercise" screen. After 20 minutes the watch asks if the exercise is complete. If I see the notification I respond no and it will continue. If I don't notice it will stop the tracking. As far as I know, this only occurs on the bike rides. I do other exercises and the notification doesn't come up and it doesn't stop tracking well past 20 minutes.

As suggested above, please try restarting your Fitbit device before tracking your exercise and double check if you're wearing the Versa 4 correctly
