Not sure if this is consistent with this model, but my fitbit hr charge still used to count steps in low battery mode. the versa after the low battey warning, when it goes to the blank screen just stops counting - which is a bit poor imho

Hi @Derbyfella - as long as the watch has remaining battery it should continue to function.
Once it runs out of battery everything stops, even the time can.
In the meantime try a restart by holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start.

Hi there, @Derbyfella. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I understand your concern, we're here to help you!
I agree with @Guy_ as your Versa 4 shouldn't stop tracking your data even if the battery is low, as long as it has the remaining battery, it should work.
If the restart suggested by Guy doesn't work, try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
