I got this Versa 4 for Christmas. This is about the 3rd time this has happened. The watch stops counting steps but if I look at the app on my phone, it continues to count steps throughout the day. This past week I have had to turn my Versa 4 off and on 2X to get it to reset the watch face. Not sure why this keeps happening, but for a 7 7 month old product - this is super frustrating.

If you haven't done so yet, please try the steps below:
If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device once again as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
