My Versa is stuck with both Do Not Disturb and Sleep Mode turned on which a google search says shouldn’t be possible. I have synced with the app and installed the latest update. I have tried resetting it both on the watch and in the app and the problem is still persisting. Is there anything else I should be doing to fix the issue?

Hi @DarcieNB - this is a known issue for some firmware versions when there is a corruption and a factory reset is necessary to resolve it.
But be aware of the issues before starting that - see here factory reset issues

Hi there, @DarcieNB. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention, for the troubleshooting steps you've tried, and for the image attached. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is stuck on both modes. I understand your concern, we're here to help you!
As @Guy_ has suggested, our last resort is to perform a factory reset. Important: Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account, your applications, alarms, etc.
To do so, press and hold the button for about 8 seconds until the screen turns off and vibrates. When you feel the vibration, release the button, then immediately press and hold the button again. Wait for the Fitbit logo to appear, then as soon as the logo disappears, release the button, then press and hold the button again. When you feel the vibration, release the button, then wait for the watch to complete the factory reset.
Let us know if after trying the above your Versa 4 is back to normal.
