turned on this morning, get the logo multiple times, then red x then language choice screen won't go past already have an account. my iPhone says Fitbit is synced, battery is 97%. its recording my steps but only on my phone, its also has been jumping to exercise start with out me pressing any button. its 3-4 weeks "old"

they called, my phone didn't recognize # so I missed the call. I have since removed app from my iPhone,removed Fitbit from the newly installed app and then added it back. resync'd finally got a different clock face, NO steps are displayed on the face but are in the app. can't seem to power it down now.if I hold button in screen goes to set up wallet then dark, once I remove my finger from the button screen goes back to set up wallet
