I just got a Versa 4 and the logo kept popping on and off yesterday and then today it will charge but it won’t turn on so it won’t log in to the Bluetooth. Does anyone have any advice or should I just return it? So far I’m not really liking it at all. I’ve turned everything off and on.

I currently have the exact same problem. I was told to send the Versa 4 back and they would send a replacement. The replacement was mailed by Fitbit today, however the email that I received about the replacement says that they are sending a refurbished tracker instead of replacing it with a new one. Contacted customer service and was told that they have the right to replace a new one with a refurbished one. This will probably be my last Fitbit bases on this.
