Versa 4 stuck on dnd and sleep mode

This morning I put my versa 4 on dnd for class and then somehow sleep mode turned on too and I cant turn either of them off. Ive restarted my fitbit like 5 times or more and nothings working. I dont know what else to do

Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 4 before reaching out. I understand how frustrating this can be. 

Please note that you can turn these modes off in two different ways. You can use either the quick settings (see the image below) or go through the full settings on the watch. I've seen this issue before, and I'm pretty sure you'll get it back if you try turning it off using the other method. If you've only tried one way, let's try the other one.
