Versa 4 stuck on logo screen and red X

Like many here, my versa 4 is stuck on the logo screen. I have done all the steps to reset it and still nothing. I can even get to sync with my phone to add it back to my app.

It will vibrate, flash the logo several times then show a red X. I have left it on the charger for 24 hours so I don’t think it’s dead.

i don’t know what else to do.

I understand what you are going through with your Versa 4 and appreciate all the trubleshooting steps you have tried until now.

Just to confirm please check if you did the steps in this following order:

In your Fitbit app tap the devices button > your device > Sync.

If sync now doesn´t show a banner to update: tap the Devices icon > Your device > Gallery.  Then the app should show a pop up to install the missing apps and recover your device.

 

Then try to restart your device with the steps listed in this following article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

I have done theses steps and still stuck on the logo screen
