Hi there, @JamieTrues. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post.

Have you tried what @Talahthas has recommended?

In addition, I'd recommend trying the following:

  • Check if by any chance your phone's Bluetooth shows the Versa 4 as a connected device. If so, please unpair/remove it.
  • Remove the Versa 4 from your Fitbit account and your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa 4 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 4.

If you can't get started with your Versa 4, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

@JamieTrues Welcome to the Fitbit community!

To pair your Versa 4 with the Fitbit app on your phone, just open the app and tap on your profile picture in the upper left corner. Now tap an Add Device and follow the instructions.

If you'll have any issues, don't hesitate to come back for further assistance!
