Very poor service. No help. My Versa4 has NO clock face for the time. It stays on my sleep number. I can toggle but unable to get the time.
I'm frustrated. I have been waiting for an email with help.
It's taken almost all day, and still no assistance.

Welcome back to the Fitbit community, @8YL57P!
Sad to hear that you're having an issue with your Versa 4.
As a first attempt to hopefully get your device back to working order, I'd suggest restarting it. Before doing so you might want to sync your device to not lose any tracked data. Next please keep your device's button pressed for around 10 seconds until you'll see the Fitbit logo on it's display, then release the button.
I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Thank you for your help.
In the meantime, I managed to solve the minor problem with my sleep number stuck on my Versa4 clockface.
I love my Versa4. Only one little thing.
When I carefully clean the plain band,it slips out.
You can uncross your fingers now!!
Thank you.

You're welcome, @8YL57P, thanks for reporting back.
By mentioning your Versa 4's band slipping out after having been cleaned, do you mean that it won't stay attached to the device's locking mechanism?
