My Fitbit pay keeps activating when I’ve not even set it up. I don’t want it and it’s becoming irritating. Any clues how to address the issue or turn off Fitbit pay please ? Fitbit Versa 4.

Hi there, @Jules9999. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post. I understand how you must be feeling.
Usually that screen will appear when opening the wallet app on your watch by either tapping on it or with left button to access to the shortcuts. While it's not possible to delete the wallet app, please give a try to the following steps to reconnect your watch to your account:
Additionally, please keep in mind that you can replace the Wallet App shortcut for any other option. To do so, on your Versa 4 swipe to Settings, tap, then swipe to shortcuts. It is here where you can configure what a single and double tap of the button will open. Replace the Wallet App for some other function.
As for the button not working, please try placing both forefinger and thumb each side of face and pressing gently, also make sure to cover the entire button with your finger. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
