Versa 4 stuck on "Sync from the Fitbit mobile app"

Watch stuck on this even when phone says synced. Any ideas?

Sad to hear that your Versa 4 isn't working as expected.

Please try if restarting your device will get things fixed. To do so, keep it's button pressed for around 10 seconds until you'll see the Fitbit logo on it's display.

I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Hi there, @Kwaai26. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the image attached. I understand your concern, we're here to help you! 

If the issue persists after trying the restart suggested by @Talahthas, try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
