So just posting in hopes that this may help someone else new to this lil glitch..... Most search engine fixes have you do a factory reset to unlock the device, I opted to go to sleep 😊 and deal with it in the morning... Well when I awoke and the device sensed I was awake and it was past my awake time that is set at 7am it cleared both modes......so i guess just wait it out sometimes...
And note to self I got into this double lock out by pressing the sleep mode button and then curiously pressed the do not disturb button shortly after and then neither would allow the other to unlock.... Its a common thing according to the ole' google...
