Versa 4 stuck on the Fitbit logo

Display has half moon white circle on side (side that has push botton) and 2 white dots on top, one tiny and other big.

It does not respond when connected for charging.

To better assist you, I'd like to confirm what you're seeing on the screen. I'm not quite familiar with the half moon white circle you're referring to. Maybe it is a Fitbit logo? A white screen with a red X? Would you mind sharing a photo of the icon you're seeing on your Versa 4? 

In the meantime, please confirm that you've restarted your Versa 4 by following these steps
