Versa 4 syncing issues

i am retired and bought fitbit versa 4 this week.it wasnt cheap as you know. was most interested in tracking sleep due to issues. had 4 days ...won't sync with android galaxy 23. said they had a software problem but looks like problems ha  e been around for anwhile may e. spent hours on phone with fitbit today ..then fitbit  wouldn't work at all. frustrated and returned to where I bought. if they fix this problem I will buy again.in the meantime i ordered the oura ring.
