My Fitbit versa 4 screen keeps turning all red but still shows the time and everything. Tried restarting it twice and after a while it would turn red again.

Hi @Kk81 and @Sarahsomething! Welcome to our community forums!
I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 watch face turns red. Thank you for letting me know that you already tried to restart.
Could you confirm if you are using a watch face developed by Fitbit or a third-party app?
Since restarting hasn't resolved the issue, please try changing your watch face to any other one developed by Fitbit to see if that solves the problem. To change the watch face, please follow the steps in the link below: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
Best AnswerI was using the Flower Power from Inked Face watch face that I had been using since I got my Versa 4 a few years ago. I have switched to the Standard Paths face from Fitbit. I will update if it happens again.

Hi @Sarahsomething - it is unlikely a watch issue.
If you like the face and you want to investigate the issue further look in the description for Flower Power to see when it was last updated.
If it was updated recently it may be a bug, but check the settings, it's not impossible that the latest version of the Fitbit App has caused an issue with the clock face.
You can also check when the Fitbit App version was last updated in the store to see if the issue started since then.

Best AnswerMy Fitbit App updated on April 25, I couldn't find if the face I had been using updated so I lwft it on the generic Fitbit Paths face. My Versa 4 battery was low last night, so I put it on the charger that was plugged in. It didn't charge and ended up completely dead, I unplugged and replugged the charger and finally got it fully charged this afternoon. When I checked on it, the watch was stuck with a black screen that said to sync from the app. I opened the app and it said my watch wasn't connecting to Bluetooth. I found another forum response that said to disconnect the watch in the app, the hold down the side button for 10 seconds. I did that and the watch flashed the afitbit logo before displaying a big red X. It did this on its own a few times before it finally appeared as connectable on my phone. Once it connected it said the watch needed to update, so I let it. Now the watch is completely unresponsive to the side button and the only way to wake it to see the screen is to open the app on my phone and change the watch face, but as soon as the display turns off, it won't turn back on. It keeps vibrating for notifications but the screen won't turn on to show me what.
