Versa 4 touch screen not working

I've noticed that the screen on my versa 4 will randomly just not work. I can turn it on using the button, and then nothing I do will register. I can swipe the whole screen and it won't do a thing. I noticed when I was using the workout feature and it wouldn't let me end the workout. But it does it more than just when I'm working out, half the time it won't work. What do I do? And are other people having this problem? I just got this watch for Christmas

Hi @Cleo.lynn - try restarting the watch in case there is an ongoing issue. How do I restart my Fitbit device? 

Also check that it is syncing properly and in case restart the phone also.
