Versa 4 touchscreen no longer works and won´t complete update 210.26

Dear Fitbit Support Team,

I am writing to seek assistance regarding my Versa 4 device. During a recent update, the device indicated that it is running on version 210.26, which is the latest version available. However, it continues to prompt me to install this update.

Additionally, since attempting to install the update, the touchscreen functionality has ceased to work.

I have already tried various troubleshooting steps, including restarting the device, unpairing and re-pairing, and changing the clock face, but to no avail.

I would greatly appreciate any guidance or support you can provide to resolve this issue.
