Why is my Versa 4 counts exactly the same numbers of steps this week when I actually did not walk the same distance?

To better assist you, may I know where you are comparing the steps? Are you looking at the Fitbit app or your weekly report? Have you made sure that your Versa 4 was properly syncing through the week?

Mine has done this multiple times recently, steps today are the same as yesterday and the preceding days when in fact the step counts for theses earlier days were different yesterday and the day before. Previously it has been accurate again in another day.
