Since Google took over and is getting rid of all watches but Pixel watches my versa no longer is reliable with anything. Example: it says I slept from 3pm yesterday until 10:30 am today. I actually slept from 3 am until 7 am. I am recovering from heart surgery so my sleep schedule is off. It also said while I was sleeping that I climbed 79 steps! I'm not climbing any stairs while recovering. The other day I climbed over 250+ stairs! Fitbit should be ashamed for allowing this to happen and not letting us get refunds. I paid a year in advance bc I've used them for a long time and depend on them bc I'm a heart patient and now it's useless. You can't believe anything it tells you. Have y'all noticed how all the watches are in sale and dropping in price ? Fitbit ought to be ashamed for selling watches that will no longer work in this app and can't use any other apps. You should refund our money or make our watches work again. Shame on all of you for taking advantage of us. There are plenty of free apps that work with other watches and people don't like it when you take advantage of us and not even refund our money when you know our watches won't work anymore. Y'all are going to lose so many customers bc you didn't it warn anyone and your not even refunding money to customers who have been loyal to you for years. Shame on you!
