So I got a brand new versa 4 out of the box. When I try to use the microphone to reply to messages It says transcript error try again or cancel. Not sure what I need to do My Fitbit app is up to date on my Play store account it says. Not sure where else to troubleshoot it from

Thanks for getting the new Versa 4. I'm sorry to hear you're having some issue with it, but thanks for letting me know.
We’re aware of this issue and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible. However our team has reccomended to follow these steps:
Check microphone permissions (on your phone): Even after reinstalling the app, your phone's operating system might be blocking background microphone use. On your phone, go to Settings > Apps > Fitbit > Permissions and ensure that the Microphone and Nearby Devices permissions (on Android) are set to "Always Allow."
Enable "Background Activity": Make sure the Fitbit app isn't being optimized by your phone's battery saver. If the app is running in the background, transcription data may not be able to be sent to the servers.
