Versa 4 - trouble with answering calls

Hi everyone…i received the versa 4 today and when someone calls me I see the green or red options.  I select the green option to answer the call but the person cant hear me and I cant hear them.  Can anyone help? I have an iphone.  Thanks!

If you refer to on-watch phone calls feature then it is "coming soon" whatever "soon" means.

So how do i answer the call? Do i have to use ear buds?

If you answer call you speak through phone not the watch. Speaking through watch (mic/speaker or earbuds) isn't supported.

So what is the sense of having the ability to answer a call on the sense 4 if you can speak to the person on the other end?

You can do exactly what you describe on the original Sense. Although for some reason the feature wasn't included on the Sense 2 at launch. We are told the feature is coming soon, but currently there has been no official timeline.

So the sense 4 which shows it has the capability to answer phone calls from the watch cant be done yet?
