Although my Versa 4 has enough battery, the watch just turned off by itself. Worse was that I didn’t even noticed and after many hours or a long day, no steps were tracked. So frustrating. It has been like this recently. Is it because of the software update? This watch is just a few months old. Can someone advise me?

Hi there, @Northsg. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with your Versa 4. I understand how frustrating this could be.
If you're having battery issues, I suggest taking a look at this two help articles Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? and Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?
Regarding your lost data, if you remember the exact amount of steps or the name of the activity you performed, you can try manually logging the activity. For more information, see How do I manually log exercises in the Fitbit app?
As a friendly reminder, note that most Fitbit devices store up to 7 days of detailed minute-by-minute data. If you wait longer than 7 days before syncing, you may only see the most recent week's detailed data. Summary data (calories, distance, steps, and floors) will be stored for 30 days. Nevertheless, if your Fitbit device was unpaired from your Fitbit account during this period of time, neither the 7 days can be recovered or restored.
Hope this helps.
