Versa 4 unable to pair

Hello team,

My versa 4 has been stuck at reboot (fitbit logo and half covered line just below the logo). I have done everything and still the watch is neither connecting to the app nor showing any changes on screen. Also it has like completely removed from the app, so I have to connect to app from scratch and it's not connecting. Plz help I am stuck here since 1 month.

I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is not linking to your app. I appreciate all the steps you tried before contacting us.

It is necessary to verify that the requirements for pair the tracker are met:

  • 1. Since you have followed the instructions for your devices indicated in How do I set up my Fitbit device? Note that you can not configure the monitor from the device's Bluetooth screen; you must open the Fitbit application and follow the instructions that appear on the screen.
  • 2. The software on your mobile device is updated. To discover if there is an update available for installation:  Touch Settings> About phone or About device> Android version.
  • 3. The Bluetooth configuration of your mobile device is activated. Touch Settings> Connections> Bluetooth.

Check again the following information about your mobile device:

  • Power saving mode is disabled on your device. This mode usually causes the device to turn off Bluetooth.
  • You have the location services activated and the Fitbit application has permission to access your location. For more information, see Why is the Fitbit app prompting me to turn on location services?
  • The Fitbit application is authorized to run in the background on your phone.

I have done all the steps mentioned above and yet my watch is not
connecting. I have checked my application is up to date, no recent pending
updates and I have granted location service to the application and turned
it on. I have also turned off and turned back on my bluetooth service.

While the watch was stuck in reboot mode, I removed the watch from my app.

Now my watch is stuck at below shown screen and I am not able to connect it
to my application.

Please help me with this issue.

I appreciate the information provided and the picture attached.  Please let me know Are you using a WiFi or Bluetooth to complete the process?

I am using Bluetooth to attach watch to my application. 

Also this article doesn't mention anything abt versa 4 watch. And my watch screen is stuck as shown in image, so I cannot open settings in my watch

Hi @Stuti.Agarwal.! Thank you for your response. 

The article mentions the Versa series, which includes the Versa 4. To complete the upgrade, as indicated in the photo you provided, there's an option with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.

To pair it, you have to use Bluetooth, as you mentioned.

Hi,

The main issue is my screen is stuck at the same thing as I have shared in picture above, so how do I connect my watch to wifi or bluetooth

Have you tried restarting your Versa 4? Press and hold the button until the screen goes black and the Fitbit logo reappears, but without the progress bar. Once you see the setup message on your screen again (it appears in different languages), follow the steps in this article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Yes I tried restarting it, drained the battery and did it all over again and everything. But nothing appears on screen except the fitbit logo and progress bar thing. No setup thing

Versa 4 stopped working after the recent firmware update. It’s been discussed on other chats too.

Firmware version: 61.20001.220.31

Versa 4 does not sync anymore. Tried unpairing and factory reset, no luck. Initial symptoms were battery drain from 47% to dead. After firmware update the battery life dropped from 5 days to 6 hrs. No real fix from Fitbit.
