Versa 4 unable to update

The app is offering a firmware update but when I go to the update page and click on the update button …nothing happens!.

Thank you for sharing this issue with your update button. 

Please follow the steps below: 

  1. Log out from your app.
  2. Uninstall the app.
  3. Install the app again.
  4. Log in with your credentials. 
  5. Try to complete the update.
