Hi, i have a Versa 4. In november i got a problem with it and contacted fitbit support who send me a replacement in a week because i had warranty left. Yesterday evening i charged my Versa 4 but when i should go to bed the Versa was black an didnt respond at all. I tried put in the charg cable to my laptop but no respond. I tried to hold down the sidebutton for 20 seconds but noting happend. Is there anything i can do or is the or is it finished so I have to get a new device again?

Let me help you with your Versa 4 that is unresponsive since yesterday.
Check if your Versa 4 is syncing with the Fitbit app of your mobile. If yes, try to change the clock face of your watch. Changing the clock face usually resolves issues similar to the one you are describing.
It also may arrive that a firmware update was stuck in the process. Updates may take up to an hour or more to complete.

The clock is not syncing with the app and i cant do anthing on the clock. The screen is totaly black and not responding at all.

But the app say that i should update my fitbits software but thats not possible.
