Versa 4 vibrates when charging it

I updated from versa3 to versa4. Does it vibrate intermittently while charging?

Hi @Familyislife - no it shouldn't vibrate while charging unless there is a bad connection issue and usually you get a slow charging message displayed on the watch.

You could try the SimpleClockPro clock face which manages charges and see if the estimated full charge time is correct, if the watch is not displaying any charging messages while charging. A significant discrepancy may point to a cause.

You can use either charge cable and preferably a robust power supply, such as an older PC, as an option.

Also try syncing and a watch restart before charging, it might help.
