Versa 4 vibrates while charging

From new the first usage my versa 4 has been vibrating when charging as if I am putting it in and off charge. It isn't notifications and I have reset a few times now. It is annoying I have to mention.

Please note that the behavior you're describing is normal, all Fitbit devices vibrate when you connect and disconnect them from the charging cable. 

I'd recommend taking a look at this help article How do I charge my Fitbit device? to know more about how to properly charge your Fitbit device.
