Whenever there is a message or reminder on my Versa 4 - the vibration is raspy. I have looked all over the place for fixes: the rebooting, the cleaning, new charger - all of it and it still has a raspy sound when it vibrates. Fitbit is out of warranty - what do I do now to get this fixed?
