Just bought a Versa 4 thru fitbit.com, less than a month, unable to receive notification. Tech spent more than an troubleshooting, no luck. Now, the pebble needs to be returned before we receive a replacement; two weeks without watch, terrible process. Do not buy from fitbit.com....i suggest buying thru another retail store. I got another thru Macys, easy return and replaced.

Hi @Clifford_1 pretty much standard where you return the item where it was purchased. I usually try to get the best deal locally first, then go where I can find the best deal online. This time of year, there are lots of sales. When you replace the first Fitbit, set up as a new device on an existing account if you want to keep the history that you have.
