I cannot get stats to display on my Versa 4 watch face. They displayed fine on my previous Versa 4 (Statalog). I bought a new one and I cannot get the Statalog to load. I have seen the possible solution involving permissions. I have given all the pertinent can see. Are there others?

@superdad65 Regarding your question about the clock format, you can try installing any other one and then try again to install the one you want. You can find out how to do this in this article: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
@Sharonmg I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is experiencing this screen issue. Please confirm that both your app and your phone are up to date, and once you've verified this, follow the steps in the article below to attempt to sync: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

My phone is IOS. The Fitbit synchs fine automatically and I can see my stats on the phone no problem. The problem is I can’t see them on my Fitbit device. I can’t get the standard watch face, I followed all the steps in your recommendation except manually synchronizing the device. I don’t seem to know how to do that. Thank you for your help.

We have tried all possible steps through this channel to try to resolve this issue. My best suggestion is that you contact technical support directly, as they have more tools to provide you with the appropriate follow-up.
