Versa 4 watch won't connect to phone

I've had the phone since September 2024, goes off sync a few times but always managed to sort it,

Now the app on the phone won't find the watch after removing all information and starting again

I've tried all the troubleshooting ideas

Any help would be much appreciated

Hello there @Lou0, welcome to the Fitbit Community!

Thanks a lot for taking the time to share the steps you take already, let's try to get you back on track.

If you are using an Android phone, it is necessary to mention that the minimum requirements of the Fitbit app have recently changed. You need at least Android 11 or higher to properly use the app. If this is not the case, let's try the following.

  1. Turn the Bluetooth of your phone off
  2. Restart the watch, holding the button for 10 seconds
  3. Once the watch is back on, turn the Bluetooth back on
  4. Make sure the device is not listed as a pair device under Bluetooth settings
  5. Go to the Fitbit app and try to manually sync the device by swiping the main screen from top to bottom.

Same issue here since two weeks...I can only sync, if i add the watch to the app again and again. Nothing else works from your troubleshooting list. Some data does not show in the app that the watch clearly measures and shows. (Sleepscore, zone minutes, etc) It is annoying to the point that i am thinking to cancel premium and change to something other than google/fitbit.
