Hi there, @Jacquithehair. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconveniences with the Versa 4 devices.

Regarding your Versa 4, please make sure you've changed the weather units as follows:

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image > Gallery > Weather. You might need to swipe up to find the app.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. In the Temperature Unit section, tap Units and choose the unit you want to use.

About your wife's Versa 4, to set up the Weather app:

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image > Gallery > Weather.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. By default, the Weather app shows your current location, which can't be deleted. Add up to 2 additional locations you want to see in the Weather app.
  4. Sync your device with the Fitbit app. It can take a few minutes to see the updated list of locations on your device.

If the weather doesn't update, check the following settings:

  • Location services must be turned on for the Fitbit app. For instructions, see How do I use GPS on my Fitbit device?
  • The Fitbit app must remain running in the background on your phone.

If you change locations, sync your device to see your new location in the Weather app.
