Versa 4 weather app isn't updating

When I first started using versa4 the weather app was working fine. However since I had a trip to a different country and versa4 synced to a different time zone, the weather app has stopped working. The trip was only for 2 weeks and since I returned back the weather app keeps telling sync data, check connectivity or Bluetooth issues with phone. I have disconnected versa 4 from my iPhone 11 Bluetooth multiple times and tried connecting again but the issue is still there. I have restarted the watch and the phone, but the issue is still there. Any help will be appreciated.

 

also I have another issue along with this - my versa4 calls keeps disconnecting from Bluetooth and therefore I cannot receive any calls on my phone. It vibrates and informs me who is calling but when I pick it up from the watch, it does not connect to the phone.

Hi @Kool_aasman  - firstly in the Fitbit App click profile photo and App settings, toggle Off/On Automatic time zone.

Logout of the Fitbit App and restart both watch and phone.

Login again and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.

Go to the Gallery tile and in the weather app settings check it shows only current location and sync again.

That may help.
