Versa 4 - why doesn’t it work properly

I have had this new versa 4 after my last versa 4 bricked after an update.  In the past month it doesn’t show pace properly.  The elevation it shows is incorrect.  Every time I walk the same 5 km distance it shows a range from 4.8 to 5.2 kms.   Starting to hate this thing.    It’s my fifth Fitbit.
