Versa 4 will not stay connected to bluetooth while I am listen to music on bluetooth

I cannot track an exercise through GPS if I am listening to music while walking/running.  If I am using the bluetooth, then I will lose connectivity to my Versa 4.  Let's not even get started about how much of a pain it is to get it reconnected.  It's a shame Fitbit has went down hill since Google took over.  I loved my Versa 3. I have only had my Versa 4 for about a month.  I hate it and wish I could return it.  Google has really took a nose dive with this.  From what I have read.  This is an ongoing issue that Google is ignoring.

Hi @Slmarksberry - if you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.
