Just got the Versa 4, it worked great for 3 days. Today it is 100% charge but display won’t come on and a red x comes up after attempting to restart. Tried restarting multiple times, tried disconnecting blue tooth and reconnecting, removed device from app to try and rest it. Nothing worked, any options?
