I have an issue with my brand-new watch.
It was charging then it turned off by itself.
Now when I try to replug it, it vibrates multiples times and the charging indicator on my transportable battery doesn't light up.
When I push the button for 1sec it vibrates 1 time.
And nothing happens when i hold the button.
It doesn't look good 😞

Sad to hear that you're having an issue with your Versa 4.
As there is a chance that something is preventing your device from charging, I'd suggest having a closer look here as a first approach to hopefully get things fixed:

Please pay special attention to this:

If your Versa 4 is fully charged, please try restarting it by holding the side button for about 10 seconds until you'll see the Fitbit logo on it's display.
Finally there might be something wrong with the clock face you had selected. So please try changing it to a different one. Here's how to do that:

If your device is in working order after having changed it's clock face, you can switch back to the one you had used before.

none of that worked sorry. it's brand new (2 weeks) and I'm already using the official charging cable

If none of those has worked for you, I'd recommend contacting Fitbit support for further assistance. They'll guide you through some troubleshooting and most likely will send you a new unit if their troubleshooting won't fix things:
